As alerted to by Chris Terran on our forums (and certainly not these forums), the full version of Aemulor, the 26-bit emulator for the IYONIX, has been released. It costs £50.00 + VAT, and its features are:

• Full 26-bit application emulation (C, ARM Code etc)

• 26-bit module support
  
• 26-bit BASIC assembler support
  
• BASIC programs run at native speed
  
• RISC OS 4 > 5 SWI emulation

• Dynamic area creation in low memory

Improvements have been made from the previous demo version. As well as more software being compatible with Aemulor, 26-bit applications now work within taskwindows, and there have been more code optimisations resulting in faster emulation.

It is avaliable to purchase either from dealers, or directly from the Aemulor.com site - and will be also on sale at the Wakefield 2003 Show on Saturday 10th May. Aemulor Pro is due to be released later in the year. Likely to be added are specific application enhancements (eg Impression/Photodesk redraw code), and support for 2/4/16 colour screenmodes (eg for Sibelius) and 16-bit sound modules - and it's possible other features will be added. The price is to be confirmed.
